bplarchitecture were approached by the developer Deeley Freed with a difficult tree filled, sloping site to the south of Thornbury town centre. The scheme was approved on appeal and provides 34,000ft2 of retail space along with a new petrol filling station,
landscaped parking areas, etc. The project was procured with a Design and Build contract with Britannia Construction.
